Wieger buurma is the co-founder and CEO of Appletree surfboards. A wing, prone, kite and surfboard company form the Netherlands. It's one of the only wing companies who have their own in house production at a professional scale, with their own factory in Portugal. Appletree produces high quality carbon wing and foil boards, with special attention for sustainability and employee well being. wieger started the company 8 years ago in his parents shed, where he and his brother developed the special infusion technology that the company is now famous for. Making ultra high quality boards for intermediate and advanced riders, to take foiling to the next level.
